Soups are warming. They’re comforting. They’re easy to prepare, and when you’ve made a big, steaming pot of your favorite soup, it can sustain you and your friends, family, and loved ones for days. But did you know that soup can also be an effective and scrumptious delivery system for a host of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and protein? Check out our infographic for a simple formula that results in inventive, delicious soups that are packed with clean, healthy ingredients. To nourish your body and soul, choose one (or a few) of our delightful soup recipes!

It all begins with your aromatics. Garlic and onion add a bold, savory flavor, while the leeks in our Leek and Potato soup are a bit more mellow. The ginger in our Carrot and Ginger soup adds spice. And the shallots in our Tomato Basil soup add sophistication. Then, you’ll want to load up on veggies and/or proteins, which will amp up your soup’s nutritional profile. Tangy Coconut Black Bean and Coconut Curry Chicken pack in the lean protein. Butternut Squash and Santa Fe Pumpkin are loaded with antioxidant-rich veggies, pureed to creamy perfection.

Add your liquids, in the form of a broth or coconut milk, and then get ready to make a splash with spices and garnishes. Paprika, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and cilantro are just a few of the innovative additions to our tasty array of soups. Choose one for your next lunch, dinner party, or weekend at home with the family!

    1. Norma, All of these recipes can be found on our site. Type the title in the search bar and you’ll find the data. 🙂

  1. I am excited to try just about all of these. I think they will be prefect for me and my 90+ year old grandmother you can’t eat solids like she use to. These soups will be a healthy delicious alternative for her…and me too! I’ve tried a few of your recipes already and will definitely try more.

  2. I am so sorry if this is a silly question, but do you litterally puree everything except for the garnishes? Including the chicken?

    1. Holly, Not silly at all, in fact I’m seeing that part is a little confusing. lol

Soup that calls for chicken, add the cut up pieces to the pureed soup and continue cooking until chicken is done. It shouldn’t
take long considering the pieces are fairly small.

Recipes calling for beans, add these to the pureed soup and continue cooking until heated through.

      Does this help? 🙂
