No time for the gym? Blast your abs at home!
When you don’t have time to get to the gym for your favorite strength training class, this workout will definitely give you the challenge you are missing. This ab strength workout, appropriate for all fitness levels, is designed to build endurance, while strengthening and toning your entire abdominal area. The routine builds on itself with each round, with little to no rest recommended between rounds. As each round progresses, start with the first exercise and work through each one until all exercises and reps are completed. Get ready for a challenge!
Equipment Needed: One set of dumbbells of light weight (3 to 5 pound dumbbells recommended)
What to Do: All fitness levels should repeat this workout 2 times weekly for optimal results. Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.
