2-Move Summer Body Challenge

This summer, we’re bringing you a new body transformation challenge! It’s a quick 2-move workout that takes only minutes. This summer body challenge can be performed before or after your regular routine, meaning you wont have to pause or change your workout plan. There’s no excuse!

The challenge consists of two plyometric moves, burpees and jump squats. Both of these will engage large muscles in your legs and core, while speeding up your heart for an intense cardio workout. The combination makes this the ultimate calorie burning challenge!

What You’ll Need: A gym timer (Gymboss is a free to download app)

What to Do: Set your timer for 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest. Repeat for the assigned number of sets.


Beginners: 2 sets
Intermediate: 4 sets
Advanced: 5 sets
