Love handles: nobody likes them, nobody wants them. But how do we get rid of them? The following exercises make for a great workout routine to target those stubborn love handles. After doing this routine consistently, eating clean, and doing 30 minutes of cardio three times weekly, you’ll soon start to see those love handles disappear!
Perform the routine below 3 times each week on non-consecutive days for optimal results.
No special equipment is needed for this routine.
Repeat the following circuit three times. Rest one minute after each circuit.
Russian Twist – 20 reps on each side
Bicycle – 10 reps on each side
Mountain Climbers – 20 reps on each leg
Foot to Foot Crunch – 15 reps on each side
Side Plank Hip Dip – 7 reps on each side
Foot to Foot Crunch
