    1. Yes, you can drink this on an empty stomach. We recommend serving it at room temperature, but if you prefer cold, that is okay, too.

    1. Klaryce, Such a small amount of lemon should be fine. If you have concerns please check with your doctor.

    1. Remember there is no quick fix. Losing weight and getting a flat belly requires planning and commitment. If you’re asking solely about fruit, I would suggest eating mostly berries and half an avocado, daily. However, I eat one mini banana every morning in my oatmeal or grain-free cereal (which I make with raw nuts and goji berries). I would suggest eating loads of fresh veggies, especially green leafy ones, and berries more than fruit. Portion control and a clean eating plan is Key! 🙂 So, berries are great and 1-2 small pieces of fruit daily are fine.

    1. Yes – keep in mind the longer the lemon and ginger soak the more flavor! Sometimes lemon and ginger can pack quite the punch! If you enjoy these flavors it shouldn’t be a problem.

    1. Menna, These are all healthy drinks. Drinking the water based drinks several times per day is fine. Be sure to eat a diet rich in nutrients, in addition to drinking water(s). Replacing fruit juice, sodas, and other sugary drinks with these drinks is a great idea.

  6. I completed a 3-day cleanse last week. I was very pleased with the results and how I felt overall. I wanted to do another round but it was just too expensive. I’m on my way to the store right now so that I can get started THIS morning. Is there a link where I can share my journey with you and your readers?

    1. Nikki, If your goal is to gain weight but reduce only your waist and belly, it’s important to realize that when weight comes off, or on, it’s over your entire body.
