  1. How is the stuffed peppers $10 or less? Bell peppers for 6 at Costco are $8. 1 lb ground turkey is about $5 salsa is about $3-$5

    1. Amber, Do not buy the red or yellow peppers as those tend to be more pricey. Green Bell Peppers, when in season, tend to be about .25-.30 apiece (1.50- 2.00 for 6). Those should be the cheapest thing you get. Stores with economy sized packaged goods do not always have the best value in terms of produce/vegetables. I would try another store.
