DAY 1 Winner - Melissa Gende - I’ve been doing a lot of HIIT training in the past few weeks trying to get into shape but its so aggravating to watch the time on my phone because I can’t always be looking at it AND it dims after 5 minutes!! This would be an amazing tool to help me push through to the very end of each exercise and my entire workout!!
DAY 2 Winner Jennifer Ball Lavazza · After having THREE kids my belly is in NEED of some major help! I read interval training is best for this! Working out is a great stress reliever for me and gives me some much needed “me time”…..making me a better and healthier person and mommy!
DAY 3 Winner Jen Smith - I’m training to be a paramedic, and we have very strict physical standards. I’m finding interval training to be the best way to get in shape for the program and lose the 80 more lbs I need to lose (I’ve already lost 25!) to be my fittest self and the gym boss would make it that much easier.
DAY 4 Winner Kari Barber Bonner - I have been making a new lifestyle change the last couple of years with diet and exercise. Day 7 Winner- Jenn Morris - I am hoping to win the gym boss interval trainer. Last year I was training for a 1/2 Marathon and felt something weird in my leg. At first I thought it was my hamstring with some PT and doctors visits it wasn’t healing. I went to a hip specialist and found out I had 2 hip impingements and a labral tear. I was out for at least 4 months before my surgery and I was cleared to lightly workout in January of this year. Being out for a long time to recover and rehab my hip I was depressed, I gained weight, and I just didn’t like the way I looked. I am now back to my running and I really want to get back into crossfit again. Having a gym boss would be way better than using my phone for interval training. I really hope to win one of these bad boys and get my confidence back ) Good Luck to you all )
