Equipment Needed: set of medium dumbbells (5-10 lbs), yoga mat

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds without rest in between. Rest 1 minute in between rounds. Complete this workout 2-3 times a week to reveal sleeker and stronger guns.

Beginner’s Level: 2 rounds
Intermediate Level: 3 rounds
Advanced Level: 4 rounds
