Equipment Needed: yoga mat, interval timer (Gymboss is a free app)
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with no rest in between exercises. Rest 1 minute after each round. Perform this workout 3 times a week for maximum results.
Beginner Level: 2 rounds
Intermediate Level: 3 rounds
Advanced Level: 4 rounds

I started to do some work out I trying to melt my muffin top how long is going to take
Many factors can contribute to how quickly each individual notices results, so it’s impossible to say. What we do know for sure is that by working your mid-section regularly, you will strengthen those muscles, and stronger muscles can help burn more fat.
