7 Minutes to Whittle Your Middle

You’d be amazed at what you can accomplish in just 7 minutes! These fast exercises will slim and tone your midsection.  Our workout includes aspects of cardio to shed inches and drop pounds, while incorporating strength training to tighten those muscles that surround your spine. These toning exercises will also help alleviate lower back pain, as they help to stabilize the spine. So, get ready to whittle your middle – for good!

Equipment Needed: Interval timer

What to Do: You will perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds in between. 7 exercises with the rest periods totals 7 minutes – and you’ve done it! For optimal results perform this routine 3 times weekly.

Exercises:

1. Burpees
2. Vertical Leg Lift
3. Jog In Place
4. Push Throughs
5. Mountain Climbers
6. Plank
7. Jumping Jacks

    I m off on a six week holiday in Europe, we will be walking heaps but I wanted to find a quick efficient hotel room workout I could do to keep fit & strong while I m away. This is perfect, thank you;-)
