Beautiful Back Workout for all Fitness Levels
Show off that beautiful back! This workout is about creating a back that you’ll be proud to show off. You will be doing 2-4 circuits, depending on your fitness level. Complete one exercise after the other without rest; take 30-45 seconds to rest after each circuit.
Beginner’s perform 2 complete circuits
Intermediate level perform 3 circuits
Advanced level perform 4 circuits
You will need 2-4 sets of dumbbells, a stable chair and either a flat bench or a stability ball. Oh…and plenty of water! Increase your weight after each circuit.

Lower back stretch – 10 reps
Jumping Jacks – 20 reps
Dumbbell Shrugs – 12 reps
Bent over dumbbell rows – 6 reps
Jumping Jacks – 20 reps
Bent over dumbbell rows with a Twist – 6 reps each arm
Tip: Drink 2 liters or 6-8 glasses of water…plain old water, not flavored! It does the body good.
