Ingredients

  • 1 slice tofu, about 3/4 inch thick (1/4 of the block)
  • 1 cup soy milk, unsweetened (or milk alternative**)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, no sugar added
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 large banana

Directions
