Just as important as lunch and dinner, breakfast helps to start the day right. When we fuel ourselves with high quality food, we can conquer the day with sustained energy. So let’s start our day’s healthy eating plan as soon as we wake up, by making an easy and healthy bowl of sweet goodness.

Yogurt and fruit are the key elements in this delicious breakfast bowl. If you don’t have grapes, and since we believe in eating seasonal fruits, mix whatever is in season with your yogurt. Add optional goji berries, which are packed with nutrients that help to nourish our bodies. Homemade plum sauce is very easy to prepare, and only uses two natural ingredients. If you don’t feel like making the plum sauce, the variety of fruits will make up for it in flavor!

  1. What are those biscuit looking bar things? Also there’s another thing right below the very top mint leaf, what is that?
