  1. I am 79 yet I want to stay healthy. I am a widow and I am unable to do a lot of things due to past surgeries. Can you help me to find a way to Detox with food or drinks that I wont have to exersize much. I am unable to bend or carry and walking is rough but I do walk my dog as much as I can.
