Can the cucumbers be substituted with another vegetable?
Try locally grown tomatoes instead of cucumbers. YUM! 🙂
What kind of feta cheese and brand is good to use?
I recommend crumbled, reduced fat. As far as a brand, please read the ingredients and choose the best one.
We are older and need more protein for lunch so I added some beans to this cucumber salad.
