  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss the dressing with the cucumber slices, red onion, feta, and dill sprigs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    1. I recommend crumbled, reduced fat. As far as a brand, please read the ingredients and choose the best one.
