With no fat or cholesterol, this delicious dip gives you all the nutritious benefits of Greek-style yogurt without adding to your waistline. You can serve it with whole-grain crackers or veggies for a wonderfully flavorful snack or appetizer when dining alone or for a party. Healthy yogurt dips are a great alternative to cream-based dips. Curry Greek style yogurt dips are even healthier because they contain turmeric, one of the healthiest spices in existence. Best of all, you get all the creamy goodness of a dip without the saturated fat or calories.
Dips are a great way to liven up just about any snack. If your kids do not like the taste of raw veggies on their own, dip is sure to get them gobbling down carrot and celery sticks. Even adults love snacking on vegetables when they can dip them. This dip also goes great with our sweet potato chips.

- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
Blend everything together using a whisk, and serve with whole-grain crackers or vegetables.
