Workout Challenge for Beginners

You will need water, a yoga mat, one set of light weight dumbbells.

Rest – 10 seconds
Combo Crunch – 20 reps
Rest – 10 seconds
Bent over rows – 12 reps
Rest 10 seconds

Side leg raises – 10 reps each leg
Rest – 10 seconds
Bicep curls – 10 reps
Rest – 10 second
Tricep kickbacks – 10 each arm
