Workout Challenge for Beginners

 

 

This workout is perfect for anyone new to fitness looking to tone up, lose weight, or just feel better in their own skin! You will work all of your major muscle groups with this workout, toning everything and burning fat. Let’s get started!

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat or soft surface, set of medium dumbbells(8-12 lbs), water, interval timer

What To Do: Complete each exercise one after the other. Rest for 45 seconds, then complete the exercises once more.

Exercises:

1. March in Place and High Jog – 20 seconds
2. Combo Crunch – 20 repetitions
3. Bent over rows – 12 repetitions
4. March in Place and High Jog  – 20 seconds
5. Side Leg Raises – 10 repetitions each leg
6. Bicep Curls – 10 repetitions
7. Tricep Kickbacks – 10 repetitions each arm
