Workout Challenge for Beginners

This workout is perfect for anyone new to fitness looking to tone up, lose weight, or just feel better in their own skin! You will work all of your major muscle groups with this workout, toning everything and burning fat. Let’s get started!

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat; a set of light dumbbells; water

What To Do For This Workout: Complete each exercise one after the other. Rest for 45 seconds, then complete the exercises once more.

March in place with high knees – 20 seconds
Combo Crunch – 20 repetitions
Bent over rows – 12 repetitions
March in place with high knees – 20 seconds
Side leg raises – 10 repetitions each leg
Bicep curls – 10 repetitions
Tricep kickbacks – 10 repetitions each arm
