Floor exercises, a staple of these videos, are often overlooked because they are simply body weight exercises, but they can be great tools for an extra burn! The Floor Work Flashback workout is bringing back the good old exercises that do not require a gym or squat rack to tone your body!
Floor work exercises are great for toning up your legs and abdomen, especially when you don’t have weights or are stuck in a hotel without a gym. These are easy, body weight exercises to follow, and since they do not require any equipment, you can do them anywhere you have a flat surface!
Equipment Needed: Water for hydration, a yoga mat or soft surface to exercise on.
What to Do: Watch each video below to learn how to perform each exercise properly. Perform each exercise for 15-20 repetitions. Repeat on each leg as needed. Perform for 2-3 circuits.
