Can you save the leftovers?
I'm allergic to kiwi, anything I can sub it with out just leave it out?
Angel, Sure…sometimes I sub with an organic apple (cored, seeded) or a handful of red grapes. All are yummy!

This sounds sooo good! Perfect for when produce is abundant & the prices are low. Gotta love summertime!
How long will leftovers be good for?
Nicole, I would recommend drinking immediately. Smoothies tend to thicken up after a short time.
