Guacamole Verde
Avocados are naturally high in fat, but it’s healthy fat, which aids in overall health and bodily functions. Enjoy in moderation, and be sure to include healthy fats in your eating plan. This recipe is a great way to do just that. There’s no cholesterol, and it’s filled with fiber as well as vitamins C and K.

Ingredients
- 4 medium avocados
- 1 cup chunky verde sauce, no sugar added
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Mash all ingredients together, and serve
