Guacamole Verde

Guacamole Verde

Our healthy guacamole recipe is just right for your next party or game night. It is packed with healthy ingredients and pairs well with tortilla chips, pita chips, or served on a sandwich. Best of all, this guacamole is a great alternative to other dips that are high in saturated fat and processed ingredients.

Avocados are naturally high in fat, but it’s healthy fat, which aids in overall health and bodily functions. They can be enjoyed in moderation, but it is important to include these or other healthy fat foods in your diet. This recipe is a great way to do just that. There’s no cholesterol, and it’s filled with fiber as well as vitamins C and K.

This guacomole verde recipe will be a hit with your friends and family. Many people find that when they bring this dish to a party or get together, it is gobbled up by everyone. You might even get requests to bring it again and again when you are invited to an event. We love it because it is healthy and a great substitute for some of the other dip options on the market. Skip the store-bought dips and whip up a batch of this healthy, easy-to-make guacamole.
