Honey Mint Fruit Salad

This refreshing, nutritious, and delicious fruit salad is a fantastic choice for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honeydew melon sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/4 cup strawberries fresh, sliced
  • 1 peach fresh, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons mint fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Toss together honeydew, blueberries, strawberries, peach and lime juice. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle mint on top. Lightly toss a second time. Serve and enjoy!
  • OPTION: Substitute 1/4 cup of your favorite fresh fruit for any of the above fruits!

    1. Victoria, It’s a light colored honey that we typically use in recipes. We prefer using raw honey.
