Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pieces (from about 2 peeled and pitted ripe or overripe mangos)
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, nonfat
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, optional
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (dairy, coconut, soy, almond, etc)
  • 1 tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.

Leftover smoothie can be frozen for up to a week or stored in the fridge for up to a day.

    The description mentions cardamom powder, but the ingredients do not include cardamom. I would guess that a scant 1/8 tsp of ground cardamom would be a good starting point?
