This refreshing salad will brighten up your day!
This marinated tomato salad is a near-perfect dish for summer, but excellent any other time of the year, too. It showcases the fresh taste of ripe tomatoes and other veggies, and it packed with bright flavor. The salad is ideal as a summer side dish, a pitch-in dish at a party, and even as a salsa with your favorite burgers and wraps.Â
Healthy salad is a go-to when it comes to low calorie eating. Unfortunately, salad can get bland, especially when you are eating it every single day. Salad recipes sometimes feature unhealthy ingredients, too, just to make things more interesting or tasty. This marinated tomato salad has only five ingredients and yet it is bursting with delicious, fresh flavor.
Do you find yourself scrambling for recipes to use up the fresh tomatoes from your garden as the summer draws to an end? Are you lured in by the fresh produce and great deals at your local farmers’ market, but you end up throwing half of it away? Recipes like this tomato salad are for you.
