Orange Passion Smoothie
We have to admit this is one of the most refreshing smoothies we’ve created to date. As a part of the no-sugar-challenge, we had to create seven green smoothies, all of which consisted of some type of green vegetable. Our choice for greens were either spinach, kale or both. Here is our version of an Orange Julius with a little green tossed in.

Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach (organic)
- 2 oranges peeled
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup orange juice or 1/3 additional pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
Directions
Toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

This is a most refreshing and tasty smoothie with my favorite ingredients, orange, pineapple and spinach. Any recipe with orange-pineapple is a winner with me.
This is my favorite smoothie right now. I am trying to get more vegetables in my smoothies and the pineapple is super for bromelain! Very refreshing. I like to add ginger, but my old juicer mostly spits it out!
I love the citrus and pineapple combination…so delicous. My mouth is watering just thinking about it…better run to the store to pick up a couple things I need. I think I'll have an orange passion smoothie for breakfast in the morning.
