  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional
  • enough ice to make it slushy

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend well, and serve.

  1. Can I use pineapple juice? I don't have any pineapple chunks right now. This looks yummy, I love your cocoa choclate oatmeal! Stacy

  2. Do you count the fruits in your smoothies? When pineapple turns into a juice, doesn't it count as points? Just wondering because I always get conflicting opinions on it.

  3. do you use the coconut milk in the can or the carton? big difference between the two so I don't want to mess it up..

    1. Jill, I wouldn’t recommend coconut oil instead of coconut milk, for this recipe. If you would like to add a few teaspoons of coconut oil that’s fine. šŸ™‚
