Can I use pineapple juice? I don't have any pineapple chunks right now. This looks yummy, I love your cocoa choclate oatmeal! Stacy

Do you count the fruits in your smoothies? When pineapple turns into a juice, doesn't it count as points? Just wondering because I always get conflicting opinions on it.

Cheryl, Anything that goes into the smoothie is counted toward points. 🙂

Ok, so this is random but I'm LOVING the little cups that were used! they almost look like little empty yankee candle glasses! What are they really?

Sue, I’ve had them so long I can’t remember where they came from. Sorry!

Looks good! If using canned pineapple chunks, do you drain them, or add with the juice?

Kelly, If it's 100% pineapple juice, then you can add it.

Can I use coconut oil instead of coconut milk?

Jill, I wouldn’t recommend coconut oil instead of coconut milk, for this recipe. If you would like to add a few teaspoons of coconut oil that’s fine. 🙂

New to smoothies, how do you store the extra servings?

Lisa, Smoothies can be frozen. 🙂 Be sure to thaw in the fridge and not at room temp..
