- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup organic soy milk (you can also use light coconut milk if you really want a tropical effect)
- 3/4 inch slice of organic tofu (1/4 block)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
