If you want to take it a step further, replace the soymilk with light coconut milk to get a real tropical effect. We also added some spinach and tofu into the fix.   • 1 cup pineapple fresh, chopped
  • 1 banana medium, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach fresh, loosely packed

  • 1/4 cup tofu

    1. Almond milk generally has about 1 g protein per cup, whereas cow’s milk has about 8 g. You can sub an avocado for the tofu or Greek yogurt. Almond milk is fine but will not provide a great deal of protein.

  2. I use Almond milk, not soy…Also the whey protein(vanilla).. Add greek yogurt in place of of the tofu..
