Skinny Salsa Dip

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts filets, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
- 1 (12 ounce) Jar of Salsa, no sugar added
- 1 cup non-fat shredded cheese (almost any cheese will work)Â
Directions
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Add oil to a medium skillet and saute over medium heat until done. Add salsa and simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted.
