Try this delicious natural yogurt to satisfy your sweet tooth!

skinny strawberry yogurt

Yogurt is a popular diet food and many buy it when they are trying to cut calories and still maintain appropriate levels of protein and fat in their diets. Unfortunately, many commercial yogurts are filled with sugar. So-called healthy yogurt actually features refined sugar, coloring, and various non-diet and non-nutritious ingredients. Delicious fruit yogurt is a great option for dieters, but you must be sure you are eating the right kind of yogurt. Our strawberry yogurt recipe is a healthier version of your favorite store-bought dairy treat.

Many people concerned about calories and health purchase plain yogurt and add their own fruit. This is a smart option because it cuts down on refined sugar, but the taste of plain yogurt can be too sour for some people. Our homemade version of yogurt with fruit is smooth and creamy. It satisfies your taste for yogurt without the sour taste or excess calories.

Additionally, you can add other ingredients to the yogurt to boost its health and appeal. For instance, you might enjoy our fruit yogurt with a sprinkle of granola for breakfast. Some people even love this yogurt for dessert. Spread the yogurt on a graham cracker or pair it with a variety of cut up fruit pieces.

Are you looking for alternatives to satisfy your sweet tooth or do you need healthy dairy treats to maintain proper levels of calcium and vitamin D? Our collection of recipes offers everything you need, regardless of your diet plans and health concerns.
