Jackie, 4 servings.
Amazingly good! I didn't have peas so added frozen green beans and corn and loved the extra crunch
Sounds like a good substitute!

On the dinner menu for tonight – yummo!
Hi, what if I just want to make ONE chicken breast (probably a 200 gram chicken breast). So if I divide the recipe by 4…how long in the slow cooker?? Thnks.
I made this today and it was great. I substituted sweet potatoes for the regular potatoes and used green beans instead of peas. My husband loved it too!
Lynda, Great! I’m trying the sweet potatoes. Thanks for the tip! 🙂
What is the serving size?
Derek, One piece of chicken, for instance, one thigh, and about 1 cup veggies. 🙂
