Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups celery chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups onions chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth no salt added
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary dried
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard grainy
  • 1 turkey breast large, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons spelt flour or whole wheat flour, for gluten free use oat or brown rice flour

Instructions

  • Toss cut-up turkey breast in flour to coat. Place everything in slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
