  1. Tried this tonight! I thought it was good!
Next time I will try cooking the sweet potatoes separate and adding a little brown sugar for the kids.

    1. I thought this was dry and bland. The sweet potatoes were good but there was nothing to bind it all together. Won’t be making it again….

  2. I just made this for my family. I added a half can of petite tomatoes. Served it with quinoa cooked in beef broth and cumin. It was actually really tasty. Even the guys enjoyed It!

  3. If I was to weigh the diced sweet potatoes, do you have a suggested weight for 2 medium sweet potatoes. Thank you!

  4. Ive made this a few times now and love it. Tonight a tweeted it slightly, added equal amounts sweet potatoes and butternut squash, added a pinch or two of crushed red pepper flakes and threw in a cup of fresh chopped spinach I had on hand to use up. Delicious!!
