Equipment Needed: yoga mat, interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download), single medium-heavy dumbbell (10-15 lbs)

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between each exercise. This workout can be performed three days a week on non-consecutive days.

Beginner Level: 2 rounds
Intermediate Level: 3 rounds
Advanced Level: 4 rounds
