3 Easy Vinaigrette Recipes For Healthy Summer Salads

Cool, fresh salads are one of our favorite summer staples, but our most treasured salad dressings can get tired when we use them day after day. That’s why we’ve come up with so many flavorful and skinny salad dressing options, and we’d love to share them with you! The following dressing recipes are easy to make and are sure to liven your plate up.

Mustard BBQ Vinaigrette
This quick dressing goes great with a side salad accompanying your favorite vegetable burger, and it also tastes fabulous when tossed with fresh, grilled vegetables. Try it with our Root Vegetable Salad.

 Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Barbeque Sauce
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon White Pepper

Greek Salad Vinaigrette
Serve this recipe as a dipping sauce for vegetables, or toss it with crispy romaine greens for a healthy, dairy-free Greek dressing. Try it with our Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini Salad.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano, Chopped

6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Mint Sesame Dressing

4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ Teaspoon Salt
