  1. How do you get 4 servings out of 2 slices of bread? I hope that this recipe is supposed to be 1 serving.

    1. Carolyn, That should be 2 servings for 1/2 sandwich per serving. We’ll make the corrections and recalulate the data. Thanks so much for pointing out the misprint. 🙂

  2. I would make only one change to this perfect sandwich. Sprinkle the salt on the tomato. Not only will the salt slide off the spinach, but a little salt on a tomato is divine.

  3. I’m totally going to try this! I don’t even use mayo any more on my sandwiches! Thanks for the recipe!

  4. Delicious sandwich. I used Oroweat Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Wheat and 1 roll (as they call it) top and bottom was 4 points. Quick and easy lunch. Thanks for the recipe!

  5. HALF a sandwich is the serving size? Please just give nutritional info and calories for a whole sandwich. (p.s. looks delicious, looks doable for a quick and easy meal.. but most would eat a whole sandwich, not half)
