Equipment Needed: water, a towel, interval timer and 100% commitment.
What to Do: You will do 20 seconds of high intensity exercise and 10 seconds rest. Follow along with the videos. Rest 2 minutes after the first Tabata video, then complete the second video. So you will be doing a total of 8 minutes of high intensity training, which includes both videos. To get optimal results from this training, perform 3 times weekly.
