Day 1

Start your day with a refreshing and energizing lemon ginger detox drink, then enjoy a vitamin-filled smoothie for breakfast.   1. Hi there!! Cant wait to try this. Would I be able to replace the detox smoothies with other detox smoothies I’ve used, or would that defeat the purpose?

  2. Going to try it this weekend cleanse before Thanksgiving… Is there anything you recommend if I have trouble going number 2?

  3. How much are you supposed to eat at each of these? That’s a ton of cabbage, eat one serving=1 wedge? And the soup, eat one serving for dinner and one serving for lunch? This implies you eat half the soup for dinner and the other half at lunch the next day. That’s a lot of soup!
