I detest raisins. What can I replace them with? Are regular grapes similar?
Grapes work fine! 🙂
Hi there!! Cant wait to try this. Would I be able to replace the detox smoothies with other detox smoothies I’ve used, or would that defeat the purpose?
Amy, Sure, as long as they are clean recipes.
Going to try it this weekend cleanse before Thanksgiving… Is there anything you recommend if I have trouble going number 2?
Ellie, Amazing chia seeds are great with 14 grams of fiber per serving.
Allergic to apples, what can be replaced in for a snack?
Morgann, Pears, melons of various types, or just about any fruit.
How much are you supposed to eat at each of these? That’s a ton of cabbage, eat one serving=1 wedge? And the soup, eat one serving for dinner and one serving for lunch? This implies you eat half the soup for dinner and the other half at lunch the next day. That’s a lot of soup!
MC, The soup serving size is 1 1/4 cups. Simply follow the serving size recommendations. 🙂
Don’t like quinoa any other thing for supplement?
You can omit the quinoa or substitute brown rice.
Don’t like onions. Are they in the soup for flavor or are they necessary for the detox?
Kara, The onions are for flavor so feel free to leave them out.
Just responded to your question. Leave them out if you’d like. Onions are not needed for the detox.
Is there a printable version of this weekend detox? With all of the recipes?
Hi Kara,
Currently there is not a printable version for this detox, however, we do have another detox download you may be interested in. It’s the 2-Day Flush the Fat Away Meal Plan. It includes the recipe links and shopping list in the download. Hope that helps!
can i have black coffee?
Definitely!
