  1. What is the healthiest cheese to use, I have been seeing a lot of Recipes calling for Fresh Parmesan Cheese and some Mozzarella Cheese….is their a healthy benefit for these cheeses?

    1. Carolyn, The cheese used typically depends on the recipe. We also use other cheeses, i.e. cheddar, ricotta, feta, etc..
      When possible I like to use Feta. 🙂

  2. Hi i dont know if you can get protein cheese over there but we can and its 100gm = 2 smart points and is a cooking cheese not cheap but melt well lovely and oozy
