You are assuming that everyone has the money and time to buy and store and fix this much fruit…… It will not happen at my house. Some of them look good, but I'm not rich and have arthritis in my hands so that much prep work doesn't work for me.
Gloria, An easy alternative and probably the best to soda, if you just have to have the bubbles, is seltzer water. If you need flavor, just add a touch of already made juice from the carton to the seltzer water. This will cost about the same as soda. Of course, the healthiest and most economical drink there is for all of us lucky folks is water.

Your body is in a inflamatory situation, because you're not eating Natural REAL food, and that is what's causing ALL known people diseases, as the old motto go: "You are what you eat" or "All diseases starts in the belly".
