  1. I love most of your recipes especially the slow cooker meals easy to prepare, some of the names for ingredients are a little hard to understand ( are they American ) so I have to look them up, if the equivalent was also in English for the UK it would be great. Thanks for all your great ideas it made loosing weight so much more interesting.

    1. Thanks for the feedback, Eva. We’re so happy that you enjoy our recipes. Our measurements are American Customary units, but we will look into adding metric measurements or an easy conversion tool.

  2. I love your recipes, they are items the whole family will eat, however, sometimes we have some difficulty with some ingredients as Canadians & Americans don’t always have the same options…sometimes its hard to know what would be a good healthy substitute. Do you know of a good site that will give ideas on what good substitutions could be? I look forward to your recipes! 🙂

    1. Pam, I did some research and couldn’t find anything that specific. If you aren’t sure about an ingredient substitute, feel free to leave another comment and we’ll respond. 🙂
