Are there exercises I can do instead of jumping jacks or running in place. I have done part of these for a few weeks but due to arthritis in my knees and calves had to stop. I do have an elliptical. Will that work? I do love this work out. I was showing a lot of progress. I don’t want to give up. Thanks for any advice.
