1. Quinoa Chocolate Drops
These rich, hearty chocolate drops, made with dates, peanut butter, dark chocolate, and, of course, quinoa, make for a delicious and low-calorie dessert. A food processor makes prep easy, then you simply form your drops and place them in the refrigerator to set.

2. Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Quinoa
You know you’ve got a healthy dessert when it can double as breakfast! Simply add a few ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Adding in raw, diced apples at the end gives this sweet quinoa dish a little crunch.

3. Quinoa Protein Bars

You may have heard that store-bought protein bars aren’t as good for you as you thought. Some brands are high in saturated fat and/or sugar, and even those that are nutritionally sound are very expensive. As with most things, it’s best to make your own.
