You might also check on youtube and look for a doctor specializing in sports medicine, with exercises specific for back issues. Thank you so much for the question.     7 weeks ago I was in the hospital for a day- due to poor diet affecting my immune system, not life threatening -yet. The doctor said I was lucky. The real luck was discovering your website the next day. Over the following few days I planned my first meal and using this site constantly – for the rest of my eating days!
    39 pounds down – each sector of my last blood test – normal-or better!
    You may have saved a life.
