  1. Just tried this smoothie for breakfast and it was delicious. Very delicate flavors and the banana didn't overpower the whole flavor. I ususally skip the bananas in my smoothies 's because of that. I used roasted (not salted) almonds since I didn't have raw almonds. This is a new favorite. Thanks for this recipe.

  2. I happened to have all the ingredients for this recipe and decided to try it. It is super delicious. I used organic soymilk creamy vanilla. This smoothie is a real treat. My goodness, I feel a little guilty drinking this, but it is healthy. I will be making this one for my daughter.

    1. Amoreena, By leaving the peeling on you’ll get more fiber. I would recommend organic if you decide to leave the peeling on. The almonds don’t have to be blanced since they are ground during the blending process, however blanced will work as well. 🙂

  3. Hey, would you recommend making fresh each morning? Or would they say for a certain amount of days? Thanks 🙂

    1. Fresh is always best when possible. If you plan to make ahead, you’ll need to freeze then defrost in the fridge.
