49. Sesame Garlic Nori Chips (1 SmartPoint)
I’m sure this Weight Watchers appetizer recipe really caught your attention because it’s another one that’s just 1 SmartPoint! I’m sure some of you might also be wondering what nori is. Well, it’s the seaweed used to make sushi! So, if you’re a sushi lover, you’re a nori lover. If you’re a nori lover, than you’re sure to love this recipe!
50. Sunflower Lentil Dip (3 Freestyle SmartPoints)
Aside from the name of this recipe sounding fun and, well, flowery, it’s also super crowd pleasing–even for those who are gluten-free. Typically, I serve it with a spread of veggies and whole grain crackers.
51. Easy Muhammara Dip (5 Freestyle SmartPoints)
Minimalist Baker is the recipe creator of this dip, and, let me tell you, she created one amazing dip. The base is roasted red peppers (which is a favorite food of mine), and after adding the other simple ingredients in, you get a flavorful, creamy dip that tastes great when eaten with whole grain chips!
52. Easy Refried Beans (5 Freestyle SmartPoints)
I couldn’t end this post with any other recipe because this one, is my favorite Weight Watchers appetizer at the moment. It’s gluten-free, requires only 4 ingredients, is super easy to make, AND I get to let out any frustration by smashing beans! Oh, and then I get to de-stress even more by eating those smashed beans in this dip without feeling guilty at all!
Honestly, it’s sometimes hard for me to not finish the whole thing myself. Whether I really do make it just for myself to eat as a pre-dinner snack, or I actually bring it to a party as an appetizer, I pair it with whole grain tortilla chips! So yummy!
I hope more than anything that you become that person who brings Weight Watchers appetizers to parties and, therefore, gives everyone the opportunity to eat a little healthier–even while at a fun social event.
