    1. Nina, I recommend drinking primarily water and staying hydrated throughout the day. Be sure to stay clear of the following:
      fried foods, junk food (processed), fast food, and all sodas (diet included). Eat mostly, if not all, whole foods, meaning foods that have one ingredient, i.e., apple, broccoli, salmon, egg, etc.. These foods are amazing for losing excess fat. Also, cook at home if possible.   2. its hard loosing weight because of all the times i slack off and be lazy ans i need a loosing weight journey seriously before i gain any more weight I’m so serious
