Truth be told, there’s something to learn from these movies even if their philosophy doesn’t meet your daily living standards.

  1. You should also check out Food, Inc. Also, if you watch Forks Over Knives, which I do believe is a great film with the great overall message that a plant-based diet should be strongly considered by all, the Chinese study they cite repeated also revealed something concerning that isn't even mentioned in the movie. The correlations between those that consumed wheat-based products and incidence of disease were WAY STRONGER than the correlations between those that consumed animal products and incidence of disease.

  3. Loved Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead! It has changed our lives. We were so inspired we bought a high-powered blender and have been making green smoothies (instead of juice) every day since February. My husband and I have lost a combined 80 lbs since then.
