Equipment needed: One set of dumbbells of medium weight and interval timer. The Gymboss Interval Timer is an excellent tool for timing the intervals in this routine.
What to do for this workout: Perform each move for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, and repeat for a total of 8 rounds per workout.
Feeling up for a challenge? Rest one minute after each workout, then move to the next until all four workouts are complete. Performing all four, 4 minute workouts is equal a 20 minute fat burning, body toning boot camp!
