Craving peanut butter treats without the guilt?
Easy to put together, these no bake peanut butter bars are a real crowd pleaser. Made with all natural peanut butter instead of a chemical-laden commercial brand, these are sweet and rich all at the same time. With a crust made with fiber-rich peanuts instead of refined sugar, you don’t have to feel guilty when you indulge. For a twist, or if you’re allergic to peanuts, use almond butter and almonds instead. We promise, it’s just as delicious!

I made these without the crust (out of laziness and also to save calories and carbs) and they are fantastic. Creamy, peanutty, not too sweet. Easy to make. But will be hard to resist. Thanks for the recipe!
Ok… didn’t have any peanuts to grind, used PB2… ALSO added some oatmeal & cocoa powder to the “crust”. I greased a glass dish but the parchment paper might be better- it was hard to get out of dish. THE GOOD NEWS IS – IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!
Heather, Now that is good news! 🙂
